Just trying to find out who out there has a heart valve replacement and trying to get healthy

    Ihad aortic heart valve replaced 10 yrs ago at age 36. Shortly before i was ripped, working out daily and running 4 miles daily. After surgery let myself go. Tryimg to refocus now
