Hi there I’m just saying hi... trying to stay consistent this time with my workouts and meal diary. I am hoping to lose 25 lbs in six weeks to start off and go from there. I was recent diagnosed with diabetes 2 it’s on the beginning stages so hopefully with a life style change I reverse that. My husband and I are also planning on starting a family next year hopefully so I just want to be at a healthier weight. Thank you guys for reading this and all the support.
