How much should I weigh?

I'm currently 5'3" and 129.6 pounds. When I was a senior in high school I was 112 pounds and that was the lowest I could get. My age is 36. I feel like my goal weight with muscle/toned should be 125. Any other suggestions?

    You're already at a healthy BMI. IMO, I wouldn't focus on losing weight, just maintaining it and then work on toning (which will make you lose inches, give your body good shape).
