sinc issues?

Is anyone else having issues with the mobile app and pc food diaries matching?
Some items I enter on my computer, and some I use my phone app cuz its easier to scan a upc. I have noticed tho that they done always show the same amount of remaining calories, even when I refresh page. Any suggestions?
