Gaining Weight

Hey, so I’m trying to gain weight because I’ve always been a little underweight. But also, I have emetophobia, which for those of you who don’t know what that is, it is basically the fear of throwing up. This controls what I eat and how much I eat. Is there a way to gain weight without trying to eat more?

Move less I suppose but that’s not great health advice. You need to eat more then you burn to gain weight. Do you have the help of a doctor for your phobia?

Choose foods that are more calorie dense. One way or the other, you have to eat more calories to gain weight.

Yes. I eat 1000+ to 2000 every day and I have gained 1 kg in one month. You have to do but exercises, when you do butt exercises you are probably going to gain weight. I do the exercises 5 times a week. I have gained 1kg in one month and am loving it. Go to YouTube and such for kobokofitness, her butt exercises are so good. Thank me latter

Herbalife is a multi-level marketing scheme. Never trust a Herbalife seller, many of them will tell you anything. How can you tell which ones are lying, and which are telling the truth?

I agree you should eat more calorie dense foods (ie add peanut butter to your toast) and invest some money into seeing a qualified professional for your phobia.
