Hi all, I’m new here and know I will definitely need the support. I’m starting a new weight loss journey after many failed and successes attempts. This year, I am at my highest weight at 211lbs and think it’s time to take it off.
With working 10to 12 shifts in a row and raising two teenagers, It haven’t been easy for me to commit and have time for myself. But I’m ready to take the first step and gave it all that I’ve got. Thanks for reading my post. 🙂

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These are two of the most commonly-referenced threads on MFP; tons of people point to them as being sources of great info when you're just starting out.
