App and website showing different numbers?

I understand that the app and the website may round up/down differently, so there could be a slight difference in numbers. But when I compared my diary today on the website it shows I have 7g carbs and 5g fat remaining, while on the app it shows 12g carbs and 7g fat. Does anyone else have this problem? 12 and 7 is quite a difference, and I'd like to stay as close to my macros as possible.

    are you sure your diary has synced?

    Yes I'm fairly sure. Everything else is correct at least! How would I check that?
