Mini steppers and knee pain!

Hey guys!
I hope u are doing all well

I recently bought a mini stepper because it seemed a good way to exercise at home! I started working with it but then I got this knee pain! Like minutes after stating to workout! I cant stay on the mini stepper for more than 5 minutes!
Any tips for me? 😅 Am I doing it wrong??

Honestly, not every exercise will work for everyone. I can't use the elliptical as it makes my arches ache! I think it's the distance apart that the foot pads are.
