Hello everyone.
I'm new to MFP but not new to the weight loss struggle. Currently, I train 3 days a week with my PT and do 1 or 2 sessions alone. I've only started that 2 weeks ago. My trainer has suggest I go on Keto so going to be looking into that now too.
I've got approx. 20% body fat to lose to reach my goal. I'm hoping to meet other people on here who share the same/similar goals as me and we can cheer each other on. It's easier when you have support :smiley:
