Hello everyone.
I'm new to MFP but not new to the weight loss struggle. Currently, I train 3 days a week with my PT and do 1 or 2 sessions alone. I've only started that 2 weeks ago. My trainer has suggest I go on Keto so going to be looking into that now too.
I've got approx. 20% body fat to lose to reach my goal. I'm hoping to meet other people on here who share the same/similar goals as me and we can cheer each other on. It's easier when you have support

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These are two of the most commonly-referenced threads on MFP; tons of people point to them as being sources of great info when you're just starting out.
