HELP! Should I adjust my calories?

I'm a 6'3 205 lbs male with a BFP of about 15%
I've been consuming about 2200 Kcal = 200 g of Protein... and doing about 40% protein, 30-40% fat, and 20-30% carbs.
For the past 4 months I've been doing a six day split with my work outs. Isolating muscle groups each day. This caused me to drop from 19% to my current BFP.
Unfortunately, I'm taking on a new job soon and will be working about 80-90 hour work weeks, limiting my gym time to Friday-Sunday.
Should I adjust my calorie and micros on the days I will not be going to the gym? If so how?
