Changing my schedule. How will this effect me?

I'm a 6'3 205 lbs male with a BFP of about 15%
For the past 4 months I've been doing a six day split with my work outs. Isolating muscle groups each day. This caused me to drop from 19% to my current BFP.
Unfortunately, I'm taking on a new job soon and will be working about 80-90 hour work weeks, limiting my gym time to Friday-Sunday.
Should I adjust my calorie and micros on the days I will not be going to the gym? If so how?
I'm going to change it to a 3 day split of back/bi, leg/core, and chest/tri... But, will there be any detrimental effects from this drastic change in exercise?

Depending on what job you did and what job you will be doing, adjust your calories. Your gym plan is fine, maybe a couple sets of direct shoulders.0
