Have a cold and thinking I won't be hitting the gym after work. I haven't been in three days. Not sure if I'm using my cold as an excuse though... Lol. Do you push when under the weather?

    No. Your body needs to heal and you don't need to be spreading your cold to others.

    Eat at maintenance, it will help you get better.

    Ooh, I didn't think about that when I replied to the other thread. OP, if what you have is contagious, please do stay home! If you decide you feel up to working out, there are lots of videos on YouTube.

    My rule is usually if it's above the neck I do whatever I feel like. If it's below the neck rest. But yes, please keep it to yourself.
