I just got a delicious ciabatta bread loaf from a friend of mine and i would like to know how many ounces or grams are considered a serving of this bread, please!

Most bakery breads are about 75 calories per oz unless they are cooked with a ton of oil (which they are usually not) or they have nuts in them.0

I'd just weigh the amount that looks filling enough and then work out the calories for that. Hop over to the database and check what a typical ciabatta gives you, because I had some the other day and it was much higher than I expected. I think ciabatta is typically made with olive oil.0
