Sick!!!

Have a cold and thinking I won't be hitting the gym after work. I haven't been in three days. Not sure if I'm using my cold as an excuse though... Lol. Do you push when under the weather?

    I cut back on exercise when sick, but i also cut way back on calories

    Above the neck (congestion, runny nose, mild sore throat, etc.) general rule is do whatever you feel up to, IF you feel up to it. Below the neck (chest/lung involvement, nausea, fever) rest is preferable. Hope you feel better soon!

    I had a nasty head cold for 8 days. I didn't go to the gym until I felt better.
