Hi all. I’m finding MyFitnessPal a bit difficult to use if I’m doing IF. I’m going challenge myself in November to maintain a 16:8 IF schedule. Problem is, as I’m using the micronutrient setting (to help with LCHF), the app will not give me a 5 week weight projection.

Why is it difficult to use on IF for you? I have no problems doing it. I have always found the 5 week weight projection to be useless, it does not matter. Stick to an amount of daily calories and see how much use lose in a week and project it yourself. This works just fine but if it is your first couple of weeks on a weight loss program, it might not due to the normal significant water weight loss. Good Luck!0

Thank you. I guess I like the 5 week projection as a form of motivation. I know it’s not realistic though.0
