Hi,
My name is Paula Hendrickson, I live in Eau Claire, WI, but was born in California have moved around quite bit before retiring. I am 79 and have three children and 7 grandchildren and 3 great-granddaughters. My son and his family are near by and my 2 daughters live close enough to visit often.

So here I am trying to lose weight again. So far I think I will like this fitness app as it will keep me accountable!! It is more about making better food choices that a strict diet.

    Welcome to MFP. This app is amazing. So many people on here with so much experience in losing weight. Lots of tips and recipes to help you on your way. Logging your food really does open your eyes as to how much you are eating and yes it does keep you accountable.

    Good luck with getting healthier.
