All or nothing

I have been in a cycle of "all or nothing" for years and I can't break free. I either stay on plan perfectly or loose control. I have been working on balancing hormones, managing a histamine intolerance and healing a leaky gut and I know exactly how I should be eating bir cant seem to keep it together for longer than a few weeks at a time. What makes it hard to stay motivated is even when I am eating right I am not losing, likely because of the adrenal fatigue and inflammation. I need help and encouragement please!

Try eating a few hundred calories than you need every day for about 4 weeks and then adjust up or down as needed.
Rinse and repeat.
Most of what you posted is pseudoscience at best.1 -
Who is telling you exactly what you should be eating and what does that entail? You seem to be trying to do a lot of things at once here with your diet.
If you eventually "lose control" then that's a solid sign this plan isn't working for you in general. If you're not losing weight on this plan then it is not an effective weight loss plan for you. The only weight loss plan you need is one that lets you eat less calories than you burn, sustainably, and you can do that any number of ways.1 -
First, get a new health advisor.
Second ask for a referral to a licensed Dietician.
You can lose weight on any food plan, just eat fewer calories of your allowed foods.
Start logging, learn from the FOOD page.1
