Meal Planning Week 1: BREAKFAST WEEK

Next week is officially "breakfast week" 8/12-8/16
for me! All high protien breakfast meals with some
greens later in the day. On the menu: egg white
omletes made with turkey bac and spinach,
laughing cow swiss spread on flax bread snacks,
cantalope & strawberries, cranberry nut mix,
spinach/mango smoothies, organic oat &
marshmellow cereal w/ almond milk, 100 cal
delight iced coffee, and some grilled zuccini, turkey
bac in flatout wraps...what week is it for you?
