Hi. New to taking food seriously. Some gym experience. Looking forward to results of a leaner me. BMI at about 24% @198lbs. Looking to lean out a lot and be the best me by my 47th bday end of April.

Leaning what foods to eat based upon macro nutrient goals is the current challeng. For example I need about 120g carbs, 100g of protein and 25g of fat to end my day ( as of 3:30pm). Chicken/Salmon and rice seem to be the ticket. But finding foods is not obviously easy to me right now.
