            Alfredo sauce is usually heavy cream mixed with butter and some seasonings so I wouldn't think that would be a problem for a diabetic (as long as you don't eat too much of it).0

            Yep agree with the above - try using low carb / low sugar veggies (like zucchini) in place of noodles (get a spiralizer) or make or buy shirataki noodles - which are made with konjac root / Glucomannan. BTW, they are easy to make and taste better.
