Learning new habits!

Over the years I've developed some bad eating habits and do a LOT of rationalizing. I am famous for "I'll start tomorrow" and "just one more". It seems I just never get "finished" and start a new healthy habit permanently. Somehow I am going to start putting my health first and be more mindful of every decision I make, even when I'm tired/hormonal/stressed...lol. I'd love to communicate with others on their journeys toward getting healthy. I'm upper 40s, live on a farm, and have 3 kids. My job is Information Technology and I love it. Thanks!
