Adjusting Calories w/Weightloss

Do you all periodically go into your settings and adjust your daily calories with your weightloss? I’ve lost 21 lbs and I’ve changed it a few times during the course of my weightloss. I don’t know if it’s the right thing to do but I can’t imagine if I want to continue to lose a pound a week that my calories would stay the same. What do you do?

Every 10 pounds of weight loss is typically the norm.

You're correct, they do need to be updated occasionally. I update my goals periodically. Usually I'm tweaking macros and notice later I lost a few calories in the process  Every 10-20 pounds should be sufficient, maybe more if you have quite a bit to lose

I don't change mine unless I hit a stall of more than 3 weeks.

I actually did it the other way around and left my calories the same but let my rate of loss slow down on its own as I lost weight. I chose a calorie intake amount that worked for me that was lower than my goal weight maintenance and, rather than 250 calorie intake jumps as I adjusted my rate downward in steps or smaller changes through recalculating, I had a gradual rate reduction.
