I am Not losing weight.Does anybody have suggestions as to why?

Start taking measurements, take a before photo and take progress photos every few weeks, note how your clothes are starting to fit. Even pull out a pair of pants that are far too small. That you can't button without sucking in or just can't button at all. Try it on every few weeks to see how it starts to fit.
I know we all want to see that number on the scale going down, but it doesn't always reflect the progress we're making.1 -
If you're not counting your calories, there's a really high chance that you're eating too many. The only thing necessary for weight loss is to eat fewer calories than you burn. If you're not logging, it's incredibly easy to eat way more than you think you are.3
