I'm finally out of this rut!!!

I have been on MFP for over a year. And I managed to lose 23 pounds on my own. But, since after Thanksgiving I have been struggling. I couldn't loose a pound. I would go up and down the same five pounds and for a while I was okay with that. I kept telling myself that "I am practicing for maintainance". Which is true in a way. But not when you are barely half way to your goal.
So- early this summer my FB page started blowing up with people doing "challenge groups" and buying "challenge packs". So I decided I wanted in. lol. And I am really glad I did!! I bought Turbofire with Shakeology. And so far, two days into the Shakeology Cleanse I am down 7.8 pounds. I know most of that could be water but I feel really really good. I finally got past that plateau. And it's nice to know that I will be loosing so much more as I get deeper into Turbofire (I'm still trying to master the moves- I'm not very graceful- lol)
I just wanted to share that no matter how hard it gets- if you stick to it or find something that works better for you, you will reach your goals.
Good luck everyone! And feel free to add me as a friend! I am looking to have a bigger support group. And I am hoping by sharing some of my success I can help you reach yours!

Awesome that you finally broke through! I agree, your dedication and commitment are inspirational. Many would not have given so much to their goal. Those many would not have seen the success you have. Congratulations!0
