Hi All,
I am interested in resources on tracking macros. I've been reading a lot about it and I think it would be something of interest to me, but I'm not really sure where to start. Any advice you could provide would be great! Thanks!

3 basic macros - protein/carbs/fat - different ratios to hit your goals- you need to figure out what works for you - personally, my carbs are about 55% of my daily calories; protein is about 23% and fat is about 22% and that works for me - others doing like keto has carbs at less than 5% and fat in the 70-80% range0

Most people I speak to, set their protein and then fill gaps with carbs or fats for personal preference.i personally win 40-45% carbs, 30% protein, stays fixed and 25-30 fat. Usually closer to 25% best wishes.0
