So the more and more I research i've come to the conclusion that ~1500 should be my daily intake on non active days. Good, great awesome finally I am starting to understand what I need to be doing....
Howeverrrrr
I found this out now after I had been following the 1200 calorie routine. I find that I'm gaining weight back!! (I mean realistically it's only been like four days now) Oh no...
This is...normal? Right? Should I not be so concerned (yah I know I shouldn't be so concerned about the scale in the first place, but humor me)?

Your body is just readjusting to the higher calorie intake, I wouldn't worry about it. You might gain a bit but it should come off afterwards. If 1500 is giving you a large enough calorie deficit for weight loss, it will come off.0

Yes, it's normal to gain at the beginning. Stick with it and it'll come off.0

Totally normal. The body takes a few weeks to adjust to new intake so be patient.0
