Any kind of weight? Just take in more calories on a consistent daily basis, than your burn0

In terms of gaining weight, you need to have a caloric surplus, which is eating more than you burn. Depending on the type of weight (I assume healthy) you want to gain, you should look into your macro intake (fat, protein, carbs). It sounds obvious, but you cannot just eat and eat without training. Cardio should not be your best friend. Weight lifting will help build the mass you want to gain as well as looking and feeling your best! I am 5ft 5 and weight 52kg now. I've been training for half a year and used to be 49kg. My goal is 60kg too. Hope this helps any more questions, please feel free to ask.1
