ugh! on the 8 week schedule for a 5K today was my day to rest. never thought it would be so hard. I am hungry already, usually i am good till 8am after a work out. of course i will have a muscle milk after working out so i get some calories. i have my 2.5 mile run tomorrow. keep on schedule.

Today is a rest day on my schedule, too! I actually woke up early on my own even though I'm not going running! lol I'm contemplating if I should make it a cross training day or a real rest day like it says... *sigh*0
