Making a real change... hopefully

I've been an on and off MFP user for years but this last year I put on a lot of weight and it's no longer about maintaining. After a few failed "diets" (nothing wrong with them, just too ambitious for where I am now) I decided to focus on the quality of my food and cut out the processed stuff for the most part. I've looked at what I was doing instead of exercising and cut out some of those hobbies that don't contribute to sociability and productivity. Hopefully this change sticks. If anyone wants to chat about using Pokémon Go to meet activity goals I'm up for it.
