Trying to estimate how many calories this Broccoli roll from the pizzeria has. It's broccoli & Mozzarella inside a pizza dough roll with some type of oil, probably olive oil. If anyone can give me a good guess as to how many cals are in it, I would greatly appreciate it.

lol - that's a tough one. I'd guess a lot more than you probably think. Broccoli by itself is very low calories. I eat about 2 cups worth and it's about 40 calories steamed. I use it for volume and to fill me up when I'm cutting. The cheese... maybe try to guesstimate how many of them it would take to equal a slice of cheese pizza by weight? That might be in the ballpark. Maybe if they are the approximate size of a jalapeno popper use that entry?

I would search the database for a similar restaurant item and go with it. Unless that specific place has an online nutrient list.

I like the idea of logging it as a reasonably equivalent slice of cheese pizza (maybe add some extra olive oil). Without knowing how big they are it's impossible to guess though.

A lot, like a LOT. The pastry is the calorie sneak.
