Fell off my diet now gaining weight.

I had lost almost 20lb but then I fell off my diet almost a month ago and I just can't seem to get myself back on trace. I have gained at least 7lb back. How can i get myself back on track.

    Start logging everything before you eat it.

    Don’t make big changes to your foods that will keep you craving or feeling like you’re missing out. Just have them within your calorie allowance.

    Be consistent and don’t throw in the towel when you mess up. Log it and keep going.
