So I've been tracking for just under two weeks and the pattern I'm seeing is I dont eat enough A, C, calcium and iron. (That last one really shocked me because i love meat.)
So I'm looking for suggestions on what to eat to make it ballance.

I wouldnt take much notice of micros on here as often they just haven't been added to the food item in the database.

The first thing I would check is if the food entries are complete, including all the vitamins. User entered foods at a minimum must show total calories but users don’t have to list the vitamins and minerals.
Carrots or other orange veggies for vitamin A, and citrus fruits for your vitamin C. Keep enjoying your red meat for your iron. You may try a fortified cereal.
A blood test is the surest way to know if you are deficient.1
