How do you find the right reasons to make the time to and actually get just a little bit of exercise every day?

You get sick and tired of being sick and tired of how you look and how you feel. When you get to that point, you remind yourself that every little bit of exercise will help you overcome that sick and tired feeling of being sick and tired.0

I started wearing a simple pedometer and gradually increasing my steps.
I've found that if I walk half of my step goal before noon it is pretty easy to be more active the rest of the day. Walking is easy to fit in as I can do it anywhere with no special equipment.
I have to take a pill in the morning and wait an hour before eating or drinking anything other than water. I often just walk during that time.
My motivation I suppose is to feel good and be healthier as I age.
Maybe set a specific realistic activity goal for you to start with.
Try some new activities to find something you enjoy.
If you prefer make it a social activity as well.0
