Sharing my weight gain story

I’ve recently true apetamin, just to boat my appetite to get myself to eat more and not get full very quick. It worked but now I’ve stopped the syrup and kept the routine and it’s really working for me. I have muesli and double plain yoghurt in the morning, a banana, lunch, handful of mixed nuts, dried fruit if I feel like then supper and lastly a protein shake with full cream milk, a table spoon peanut butter and a teaspoon is maca powder. I started 3 weeks ago on 40, I’m now 43,2. I try to workout everyday using YouTube videos of my favorite tubers to flatten my tummy and tone. Oh and water, I always have a glass of water in front of me but don’t really make myself drink water according to the 8 glasses I just drink it if I’m thirsty. Hope this helps.
