So Hard To Stay Focused!

The most difficult part of trying to change my lifestyle is consistency! I used to love working out not too long ago and now I have good days but not excellent days nor do they last more than 3 days in a row. I have no clue what can keep me motivated .Part of my problem is no one close around me is into healthy eating or working out consistently. Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

You just gotta stop yourself when you feel like you're slipping. You gotta remain conscious of your decisions and remember you're doing this for yourself, not for everyone else. You gotta be strong enough to hold onto your resolve when temptation surrounds you.0
