Post thyroidectomy

Hi! I’m looking for people who may have thyroid issues (such as myself) and are trying to lose weight! In August I had a thyroidectomy, and have been struggling with what this means as far as a “healthy” lifestyle now. Anyone relate?

i had my thyroid removed in 2014...as long as i take my meds daily at the smae time (expect the next year or so to get your levels stabilized) - its just life
