Calorie adjustments

If I excercise using my Samsing Gear Fit 2 Pro I get 0 calories for steps if I put on negative adjustments I always get minus no matter how many steps I do even though I've got both set to sedentary...help please

I solved my own problem. I joined samsung health to google fit using the app health sync and then synced google fit to myfitnesspal0
