Hello!
I am Katie, a 26 year old female living in South Korea right outside of Seoul. I have previously lost 75 pounds but unfortunately the stress of moving and living abroad, a failed relationship, a sometime unpredictable schedule and lifestyle and some bad dating experiences made me gain a good portion back. Also, Korea does not have all the same foods and conveniences as US (no oven, fruit and vegetables more expensive) With my snacking out of control I am using Intermittent Fasting, 16:8 method, to get it under control and get back to losing weight. I am looking for accountability buddies and friends. I made a new profile from my previous to give me a new start. I have strange hours online as my time zone and job switch it up for me!
I'm in my third year living in Korea and work as a kindergarten and elementary age English instructor. I love my job, even if it gets crazy and stressful. I need to lose what I gained and then finished what I started! If we are same age, similar lifestyles, similar stats or whatever please feel free to add me and help keep my accountable and kick my butt when needed!

Some stats for you number folks:
Eating 1500-1700 calories a day
Height 5'11" or 180 cm
HW: 257 lbs or 116.5 kg (Dec 2015)
CW: 213 lbs or 96.6 kg
GW1:199 lbs or 90 kg
GW2: 182 lbs or 82.5 kg (Previous lowest weight in early 2017 during my first year in SK)
GW3: 170 lbs or 77 kg
UGW: 140-150lbs or 63-68 kg

Add me if you like!
