Hello all. I'm new to the group, new to Optivia, and new to using the community aspect of map my fitness. Been on Optivia a week. So far so good.

    Just did a little research on one of their bars....not so healthy...syrup, sugar, evaporated cane syrup, polydextrose, glycerine, fructose, oligofructose, fractionated palm kernel oil, whey protein isolate, corn syrup, maltitol syrup, tocopherols, carrageenan.

    Their kits are around $400 for bars/shakes that you could source out anywhere...there certainly are better choices imo
