Working at home 1 day a week

Hi all,
I've been granted the option to work at home 1 day a week. It's great as I have a heavy commute.
But the downside is that I cannot stop eating when at home, whereas at the office, I have my regular routine.
All meals are carefully planned and entered in MFP - just I as would during an office day, but soon after breakfast I go overboard. I start to raid the freezer and if I can't find anything I will start making something quick with staple ingredients (even if it tastes like crap). Best case I'll have the "healthy" snacks like banana's, apples and blueberries - but I'll have way too many of them.
It's so bad, I'm starting to think I'll better commute to work again as that one day bingeing just sabotages all the efforts of the rest of the week.
Any tips on how to cope with this?
Thanks !
