I’m over half way to my goal! I need more friends on my list to keep me motivated! Please add me!! We go on a cruise December 6th and I’m trying to tone up and lose as much of my last bit of weight before we go! Anyone with tips, tricks or just someone to cheer me on!! And I’ll cheer you on! Honestly it’s not even about the number but about how I feel in my skin! I need to feel like me again!
4 kids and it’s time for me to feel like me! I want to be healthy for myself and for them!

    It will happen...at some point you'll look in the mirror.. and boom! The good old you will be standing there. With only 34 pounds to go.. it could easily happen soon..and before you get to that goal. Stick with your plan...time will bring you your reward.
    The biggest thing i've learned in losing weight.. is "time"is the one factor diet sites and books and those dieting never reference. But.the body needs time to drop the weight.. it isn't automatic or on a schedule... it is a process that takes time. By December you'll be down another 6 to 12 pounds.. and remember..the smaller you get.. small losses look big because you are smaller .. (that's another thing no one talks about).
