I am new to this forum. I used to be in shape and worked out most of my life but the past 3 years have been not nice to my waistline. I bought a smart watch which helps tremendously and along with using this my fitness pal app, I have made some minute progress. Any tips on how to stay motivated all the time?
Have these gadgets as accountability partners are great but what does everyone else do?
