I've yoyoed in the past month starting at 193lbs and getting all the way down to 175lbs but within 2 months I gained it back and I'm at 186.4 lbs
. My parents recently just separated from what was probably one of the worst divorces any child could go through. I've been seeking help like therapy, but a therapist can't help me stop the emotional eating of comfort food. If anyone can help by giving me advice of how to stop craving sugar filled carby foods or any advice in general it would be great help!
