Hi everyone! I was wondering if you might have any anti-bloating tips to share? I drink 3litres of water/day, get 28gr of fibre, follow a low-FODMAP diet, run 2 km every morning and train twice a week with weights. But every second day I wake up bloated like I'm 8 months pregnant! No intolerances (I took the most elaborate test I could afford). Any tips?

what was the elaborate test that you took?

have you looked at what you're eating on that every second day?

If you're doing low-FODMAP, isn't part of it gradually adding back in food groups so you can see what your body was reacting badly to in the first place? Use the same process to find what food you're currently eating that is causing the bloat?

You could also keep a diary to see if it's related to exercise.
