Back again!

I don't recall exactly when I started using MFP; I think it was around the end of 2016/early 2017. After watching my calories for awhile, I took a break for a long time. But now I'm back, and ready to go again!

My starting weight was 283.2 lbs. My lowest weight was 259.8 lbs. Currently, I weigh 269.4 lbs. I've made my goal weight 250 lbs since I like seeing the ticker go down in smaller increments xD My actual goal weight is 170 to 180 lbs.

Right now, my plan is just to record what food I eat. No weighing scale, no counting calories, etc. just tracking in the hopes of cutting out behaviours like mindless snacking. I also plan to work in short amounts of exercise (I am physically disabled) like stair climbing or using an elliptical. I hope to begin in earnest early next year. By then, I will ideally have cut out boredom eating, and be moving more.

So... hello, again! Looking forward to losing with all of you in the same boat as me :)
