Hello, new to mfp

Hello,
I started the Keto/Low Carb diet in August. I was doing well and my husband was ok with the food. Then he had a heart attack and 5 vein bypass. 2 days later I was in the same hospital with celulitis. I was on the floor above him so I visited him every day. We were both transferred to a transitional care for a month.
When we finally got home 10/4/18 the diet was no longer an option for him. So a week ago I decided to try to make the heart healthy meals they want him to eat and then try to get myself back to the Keto diet. It's so hard. He is restricted salt, and I'm supposed to eat salt. he has restricted fats and I am supposed to eat fats. He is supposed to eat carbs to heal and I am trying to restrict carbs. I feel that I fail everyday. I either go over on my carbs or I eat something wrong.
I'm going to keep on trying to find a way for both of us. It helps me to read what you all eat and try to make it simple.
