Hello all! New user as of today. A coworker suggested this app for tracking calories and intake. I'm a motivated advocate of physical activity as well as positive mental soundness. However I've been slacking the last couple of months and I need a change for the better. Getting back into good shape and eating right isn't easy with all the excuses and cravings lingering...BUT I do know it makes all the difference in the world to have friends on board, all dedicated to bettering themselves. Feel free to add/message me to provide any tips or to share workouts, food recipes, and positive motivational conversations!
