My name is Whitney and I am 30 years old. I have 2 sons. I need to lose about 90 pounds and better my relationship with myself and food I would love to have friends here to help me stay active and accountable 😀

    My names Sunia I am 24 years old also trying to lose quite abit of weight it’s hard when relation with food is tough but always calculate you’re meals so you know where the weak points lie take one step at a time

    Hi Whitney and Sunia, my name is Karen and I am 56. I have been trying to lose weight since giving birth to my last son 26 years ago. I've been more successful lately, mostly due to having my partner on the same eating plan. Now I'm within 7 pounds of my goal.
