Hello! I am currently doing a 7 day meatless challenge and watching the pounds fall off!!!!!!! I started on Nov 4, 2018. As of today, Nov 7, 2018, I have already lost 7 pounds. I will most likely do another one Nov 11-17.
Start Weight: 175
Current Weight: 168
Goal Weight: 145

For my beverages, I usually drink a gallon of water with organic lemon juice & Apple Cider Vinegar.


For my meats, I usually eat JUST KIDDING! 😂🤘🏽


I am not eating junk food & my dairy & fiber intake is much higher.


Exercise is mainly high intense cardio, ab workouts, & sauna sessions.
