Virginia, anyone?

Greetings, folks!

I'm starting over. Uhgain. I've been dealing with a back injury all year. Haven't seen the inside of a gym since May. Haven't run since June. I've used it all as an excuse to get off track and mope about it.

I started back on the right path yesterday. I cant workout and have a few more docs appointments for my back, but I can at least get my nutrition in order, right?

Looking for some new, supportive friends if you wanna keep each other accountable!
